Our marathon and half marathon training plans give you the opportunity to plug MHRC's indoor and outdoor classes into any distance race prep while you train at your own pace. Tailored for skill levels ranging from beginner and advanced to competitive racer, each plan includes daily/weekly mileage targets leading up to your event with suggestions for recovery and cross-training.
