MY CLASS: It is easy to lose track of why we run, or sometimes we lose the enjoyment when trying to run by ourselves every day. What better way to spice up your training than by doing it with a group of people who are all pushing themselves to get faster and stronger too. In my class, I plan intervals that have been proven to increase speed, running efficiency, and leave you feeling ready to conquer the world!
