Karli's interest in athletics, carried her through a D3 college Soccer & Softball career and is now the driving force behind her Health & Fitness career. After realizing her Finance pursuits were not completely aligning with her true passions, Karli dove headfirst into her desire to help people maximize their individual potential through coaching. Karli brings a wealth of expertise with certifications in the following areas: NASM CPT, FNS, WLS, TRX, Kettlebell Athletics L1 & L2, VDOT Running, & Pre/Post-Natal Specialization. After years of leading/pacing clients to the finish line for the first time and to crushing PR’s nationwide, the one piece of advice she will leave you with is to enjoy every victory, even the smallest ones still fill up the Win column.
MY CLASS: Expect to be encouraged to tap into your full potential in my class! I will aim to ignite your inner fire, setting the tone for your morning, or helping you close out your day on the highest note possible. Be prepared to learn about proper running form while getting stronger, faster, & more confident with each session.
