Scott is a southerner at heart from Tennessee, but has been in the city for a few years now. During his time at the University of Tennessee, Scott gained much of his knowledge of the human body through his time on the track with the team, one on one training with Olympians, and his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. After graduation, Scott expanded his credentials by becoming a certified personal trainer, working with youth up to geriatrics, and everyone in between. Scott is also one of our three coaches for TEAM MHRC, and has expanded his racing profile from 400m sprints up to half-marathons!
MY CLASS: My classes will combine my knowledge of human movement and running form to create a learning environment as well as a great training session. Be prepared to be fueled by adrenaline pumping music, sweat a lot, and get better with every class!
