Vinnie caught the running bug hard upon discovering the joy of racing. After running his first half marathon in 2013 he quickly dove head first into competing from 5k to marathon (3:07PR) to 70.3 distance IronMan. Vinnie is an RRCA certified run coach, TRX group fitness instructor, and L1 Kettlebell certified trainer. He is a strong believer and living proof that with the right training, you can be capable of anything. Vinnie maintains that friendly competition is the best motivation- especially when your competition is the person you were yesterday. Vinnie is a member of the New York Harriers and founder and head coach of the SINWorkouts SINRunner running team.
MY CLASS: We are all athletes! Whether it’s your first time on the tread, or you just qualified for the Olympics, everyone will be reaching their potential in my class and come out smiling knowing they left it all on the floor. When the lights go down and the music goes up, we run and sweat together as one. My mix of high-energy motivation, structured intervals, form cues, and dope beats will help any athlete, new or veteran, crush their goals on (and off) the tread!
