The trip to St. Lucia with Mile High Wings was amazing! Our coaches, Laura and Debora, are passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm they brought to every training session. Each session was challenging, creative and fun! Cap Maison was wonderful, too. Beautiful location, fantastic weather and lovely people. I definitely recommend it!
I asked Laura details about the trip to St. Lucia and she told me "what do you want to know?". I said "I just need to know how to sign up because I trust you". And I was right. The trip was amazing. It can't go wrong when you are in a Caribbean island with perfect weather and surrounded with motivated people who love to move and laugh. When is the next trip???
Back home after this fantastic retreat...Just want to say a simple but powerful thank you for having organized a wonderful trip. Perfect blend of activities, social mix, fun and hard work. I feel great:) Be proud of what you do because you do it well. Love yourself;-)
I have had two fantastic travel experiences with Mile High Wings, Mallorca and
Thank you so much Laura and Debora, for coordinating such an amazing retreat for us! You know, when I first told my family, boyfriend and friends that I was going on a trip with people that I didn't know, they thought it was a bit weird. I cannot wait to do it again!
The "Love Yourself" outing pushed me past my comfort zone but in such an encouraging way. I would have never imagined sharing feelings with strangers (sort of), doing 100 push-ups and of course, swimming in the ocean! It was the perfect way to reevaluate and reset. I am so grateful for the experience and for the memories.
While it’s a bit of a read, I really wanted to make sure you know how appreciative I am of you and the
THANK YOU for absolutely everything with this trip. I’m trying to avoid using the term "life-changing" (partially because it sounds cliché) but the trip was so incredibly insightful & eye-opening for me. Even beyond the physical training, the “Love Yourself” sessions were something that changed my way of thinking.
You guided us to think about things that we typically shove under the rug; I grew up in a household where you’re supposed to be modest, so why tout what you’re good at? I rarely take the time to truly think about my health/wellness on an emotional level but the exercises we went through have seriously shifted my mindset. (To make a long story short, I went through a phase where I did not love myself & treated myself terribly as a result because of it.)
The trip has resonated with me so much, especially realizing how I have no reason not to be happy, and I should be happy. I wouldn’t have gotten to that
You are a badass coach who is a damn good role model and I mean it when I say I can’t thank you enough for all you brought to me physically & mentally on this trip. You have changed my outlook on training, treating myself well, and even my next steps career-wise. So thank you for inspiring me in more ways than I can count...
Truly loved the location of Mallorca! I loved the schedule...starting mid-morning, run for a couple of hours, hardest day on Wed with (optional) rest day following then two more days of running. Time in the afternoon to explore the city.
As with most of these trips, the people on the trip are always the best part for me. The hotel was interesting with all the different types/styles of rooms. I did love the service, as all the employees were friendly and very accommodating. It was also in a really great location, and was near everything in that great city.
I loved the hotel. I also liked all the trails even the more difficult and unexpected ones because it made me challenge myself.
