SPRING HALF MARATHON TRAINING PROGRAM
Join coaches John Henwood and John Trautmann for Mile High Run Club’s Spring Half Marathon Training Program. Their philosophy is to build your foundation aerobically, mostly through running, while adding cross training and strength training to the program. This is for maximum benefits in muscle strength, muscular endurance, and improved running posture. All are helpful for injury prevention as well as peak performance.
Dates: 10 weeks to prepare for the NYRR United Airlines NYC Half on March 19th. (1/9–3/19)*If you are running a race other than the NYC half next spring, John can adapt your plan accordingly.
Includes all group runs, access to coaches, strength training program, in person pre-race sit down strategy session, & complimentary Team MHRC membership.
